cara mengurangkan buncit.


Problem yang sgt2 di hadapi oleh semua org even yg kurus pon buncit tetambah macam Ceri ni. Lagi la berlapis perut.. This time I'm very serious to flatten my stomach. Lately ada probelm, always eat big dinner outcome? Big stomach..


Ceri teringat masa event kt rumah kawan. The kid around 7 years old.

Amira : kak Ceri why ur stomach so big?
Ceri : uh uh *speechless*


Hehehe.. So 1st thing yg perlu untuk mengurangkan kebuncitan.
Health

1. Elakkan makan sebelom tido. *ok let me confess masa ada problem ari tu, I eat a lots! Seblom tdo I mkn nasi goreng sometimes ayam goreng.

2. Elakkan minum air berais. This one pn problem. Ais da mcm keropok.

3. Don't eat then drink then eat. Seriously dlu Ceri minum agak lmbt perut lawa even buncit gk tp xmcm skng.


Seriously all those tips work. Lastly even control makan without exercise tak ada guna gak. Rajin2 ber sit-up ok ;) believe or not dlu Ceri rajin sit up mmg perut kempis.


Mari ramai2 ber sit up ;)
